Meringue Cookies

BLONDIE



INGREDIENTS:

·      White chocolate : 170g

·      Butter:230g

·      Egg:4

·      Sugar:300g

·      Vanila Essence:2tsp

·      Flour:190g

·      Salt:1/2tsp

·      Baking powder:1tsp

·      White chocolate chips:100g

·      Cashew nuts:50g

METHOD:

Take a white chocolate and cut into a small pieces

Add the butter in to the chocolate and melt it in the double boil method

Take another bowl, add eggs, sugar and beat it well

Add the chocolate mixture into the egg and suger mixture

Add few drops of vanilla essence and mix it well

After that add flour, baking powder, pinch of salt and mix it until its combine

Take a bowl and add chocolate chips and cashew nuts , add some flour and mix that well

Add the chocolate chip and cashew nuts into the blondle mix

Mix gently with spatula

Take a baking tray, add a parchment paper and pour the mixture

Bake for 20mins on 160⁰c
